What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many locations worldwide. To confirm if we deliver to your country, please proceed to checkout and enter your address. All available shipping options for your region will be displayed there.
How much does shipping cost?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on our "Track Order" page to see the status of your delivery. Depending on the product, it can take up to 5 business days for the email to be sent.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, just email us at support@thecloudbeast.com. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@thecloudbeast.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
We try our best to restock our most popular items. You can sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when items are back in stock and when we have new arrivals.
